 Role Summary:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Person should Lead as Head-LSCM (Logistic &amp; Supply Chain Management) department for Chennai plant.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for Supply Chain (Direct Purchase), Store/Logistic Management &amp; RM Planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure no failure for any Customer as well as Zero Production or Sales loss due to Non material availability on time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Inventory Management &amp; reconciliation for all Subcon. vendors for material consumption.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cycle Count plan as per Company policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluation of supplier rating based on delivery performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Very Challenging and demanding position
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable to manage 6 Customer, 30+ suppliers &amp; 50 Team of Members (Including Interims)
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be a Good Team player
 </li>
 <li>
 Must possess Good Communication skill. (Tamil , English &amp; Hindi ( Added Advantage)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Planning and Execution of materials for Clean Air manufacturing
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of SAP- MM /PP module and ensure 100% compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 To maintain good relations with suppliers/Customer
 </li>
 <li>
 To maintain Inventory MIN MAX stock at Plant to avoid any line Stoppage
 </li>
 <li>
 Build Supplier Relationship by implementation of SNC/MPS/MRP
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skill / Knowledge Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work Experience: 13 to 16 years&rsquo; experience in SCM, having exposure in Production Planning, Supply chain, Store/logistics management, RM planning and SAP in Automotive Industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Education/Certification: The person should be a qualified Engineer BE/B. Tech
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Specialized Skills / Knowledge

 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Planning &amp; Scheduling Material.
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have good knowledge of SAP- MM module, SNC/MPS/MRP.
 </li>
 <li>
 JIT supplies and operating knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Inventory Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Supplier Management: Well experienced in Stamping industry and steel procurement activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Lean Tools: KANBAN system, Value stream Mapping
 </li>
 <li>
 Cost Reduction: Logistics / Import /Inbound Cost Reduction initiatives.
 </li>
