TCSP is on the hunt for a part-time Caf&eacute; Team Member to create a vibrant caf&eacute; experience for our members and guests. Our caf&eacute; is the heart of our community&mdash;a place to grab a coffee, enjoy a snack, or refuel after a game.<br>

We&rsquo;re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people. This position includes weekend availability and variable hours during events and tournaments.<br>

<b>This posting is specifically for food prep and morning shifts.</b></div><ul><li><b>
Monday 3 hours - timing is flexible before 12:00</b></li><li><b>
Wednesday 3 hours - timing is flexible before 12:00</b></li><li><b>
Friday 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM</b></li><li>
More hours available on a Fill in basis as needed</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Craft experiences</b>: Ring up food and beverages accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.</li><li><b>
Get creative</b>: Make coffee and espresso drinks, smoothies, sandwiches, and other menu items with care.</li><li><b>
Chop &amp; Dice:</b> Prep ingredients and make fresh inventory throughout the shift.</li><li><b>
Keep it fresh</b>: Maintain a clean and organized caf&eacute;, from clearing tables to restocking supplies.</li><li><b>
Be a team player</b>: Step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></div><ul><li>
Reliable, prompt, and capable of multitasking.</li><li>
A team-oriented individual with a positive attitude.</li><li>
Previous caf&eacute;, barista, or food service experience preferred but not required. Training available for the right candidates.</li><li>
