 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking talented Data Center Technicians in our state of the art Tucson facility. Our Data Center Operations team plays a critical role in achieving our mission of resilient AI infrastructure at scale by setting up new equipment used by our amazing customer base to deploy the most advanced workloads on the planet. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable, technically skilled, and ready to contribute to our mission in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Installation, configuration, and testing up of new data center infrastructure
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform maintenance and upgrades ensuring high reliability and performance standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain and enhance data center operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with local and remote teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain meticulous records of installations, maintenance, and repairs, adhering to TensorWave's standards and protocols
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and data center management best practices during all on-site activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide on-site technical support and guidance during critical incidents or outages as part of an on-call rotation
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in data center operations, with direct experience in hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including networking, servers, and storage systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to working as part of a national operations team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness and ability to travel as needed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a technical field
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with GPUs
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with liquid cooling
 
 
 </li>
