About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and onboard merchants for a smart payment acceptance device that supports UPI, card tap/swipe, and dynamic QR payments. Your role is to meet small and medium business owners (retailers, cafes, pharmacies, etc.) and help them adopt digital payment solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Visit and onboard new merchants within the assigned area.</li><li>Demonstrate device features (card tap, QR payments, sound alerts, etc.).</li><li>Collect merchant KYC and required documentation for onboarding.</li><li>Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets.</li><li>Maintain follow-up with merchants for activation and satisfaction.</li><li>Report daily activities and performance to the team lead.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Good communication and convincing skills</li><li>Basic smartphone knowledge and comfort with digital apps</li><li>Preferably having a two-wheeler for field visits</li><li>Prior experience in POS / fintech / telecom / FMCG field sales is an added advantage</li></ul>CompensationPay Structure Options:<ul><li>Salary + Commission + Travel Allowance, or</li><li>Commission-Based </li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
