<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you'll do</b></h2>
<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end product design process (from research to final UI)</li>
<li>Champion the creation, documentation, and evolution of <b>design systems</b></li>
<li>Collaborate with dev teams to ensure components are implemented accurately</li>
<li>Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate findings into design decisions</li>
<li>Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs in Figma</li>
<li>Contribute to maintaining a high bar for design quality across the board</li>
<li>Present and communicate design rationale to stakeholders and clients</li>
<li>Continuously iterate based on feedback, usability testing, and analytics</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What we're looking for</b></h2>
<ul><li>5+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design</li>
<li>A strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile product work <b>with system thinking</b></li>
<li>Deep experience using Figma, especially in component and design system creation</li>
<li>An obsession with consistency, documentation, and scalable design practices</li>
<li>Clear understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and accessibility</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Comfortable taking initiative and driving your own design process</li>

<ul><li>Experience with motion design and micro-interactions</li>
<li>Familiarity with HTML/CSS and how design systems translate into code</li>
