Opportunity Overview</b></div><div>
As a Production/Material Planner, you will be pivotal in ensuring the successful launch of new products within the company. You will work in close collaboration with Project Managers and Engineers to refine the prototype Bill of Materials (BOM) prior to release, conduct thorough assessments of parts and materials risks, and finalize risk buy requests. Your proficiency in managing project planning BOMs and coordinating with cross-functional teams will be critical for long-term forecast reviews, demand and supply planning, time-to-market strategies, and sales order management</div><br>

Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to refine the prototype Bill of Materials (BOM) prior to release, conduct thorough assessments of parts and materials risks, and finalize risk buy requests.</li><li>
Drive project planning BOMs and manage work orders by working with cross-functional teams to code new parts and maintain item attributes.</li><li>
Build proficiency in Supply Consumption review to effectively support assigned New Product Introduction (NPI) builds, providing weekly clear-to-build (CTB) status updates for work orders and/or Contract Manufacturer (CM) NPI build materials during project team meetings.</li><li>
Actively participate in project core meetings to discuss potential delivery risks and serve as the escalation point when delivery schedules are at risk of not meeting targets.</li><li>
Ensure forecast plans align with in-house and contract manufacturing slot/build plans and commitments.</li><li>
Develop and communicate estimated shipping dates when Sales Orders (SO) are loaded into the system, revising and updating scheduled shipping dates to marketing and warehouse as needed.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>
5+ years of planning experience in a new product environment.</li><li>
Experience in managing project planning BOMs (build of material) and working with cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Ability to navigate the organization with limited guidance, identify tasks to support outcomes, and drive actions to deliver results.</li><li>
Familiarity with the design process and phase gate reviews.</li><li>
Experience with MRP (Rapid Response), Tableau / Power BI (data analysis), Excel and ERP system (Oracle).</li><li>
APICS Supply Chain Certifications and project management/PMP (preferred)</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Compensation:</b><br>
The base salary range for this role is $97,600-$156,200. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.</div><div><b><br>

Global Director of Contracts</b></p><p></p><p><br>
We are hiring a business oriented Global Director of Contracts to manage our global contracting process and to negotiate contracts for the Company and its subsidiaries, including customer purchase agreements, supplier agreements, NDAs, MOUs, license agreements, consignment agreements and development agreements. This person will support and advise internal clients in sales, operations and supply chain. This person must also have the skillset and drive to continue the implementation of a worldwide contracts management system, and to partner with other contracts and legal staff worldwide.</p><p></p><p><br>

Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts with customers and suppliers.</li><li>
Support and advise internal clients in sales, operations and supply chain on contractual matters.</li><li>
Analyze risk for the Company. Maintain a tracking system to ensure accurate status reports on all pending transactions.</li><li>
Manage commercial contract approval and signature process and interact with executive staff for execution of commercial contracts.</li><li>
Maintain a central electronic repository for storage of executed contracts and related documents.</li><li>
Work with management to establish and/or improve documented contract workflow procedures.</li><li>
Ensure the Company&rsquo;s contract forms are accurate and well maintained.</li><li>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>
At least 15 years of experience in negotiating commercial contracts, preferably for technological companies, with a practical business sense. This is a lead negotiator role.</li><li>
Experience with implementation and use of contract management systems including updating templates.</li><li>
Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines. Process oriented but also flexible given the internal or external customer.</li><li>
Excellent writing, verbal, computer and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Attention to detail and ability to analyze and track complex information.</li><li>
Willingness and ability to learn new substantive skills and develop and expand existing ones.</li><li>
