It is crafted at Destileria Teremana de Agave in the highest peaks of the Jalisco highland mountains with three expressions: Blanco, Reposado, and A&ntilde;ejo. Made from 100% fully mature Blue Weber Agave slow roasted in small traditional brick ovens and distilled in handmade copper pot stills, Teremana is one of the most awarded tequila brands in the world.  Position Summary:
 
 
 
 We're looking for a passionate storyteller with a strong vision for what it means and takes to create "authentic" digital content. You have:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A finger on the pulse of emerging trends on TikTok and other social platforms. You live and breathe internet and pop-culture. You don't just know what's trending &mdash; you know why it's working and how to adapt it for a brand
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to move fast, experiment, and take ideas from the concept phase to a live post within the same day
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience growing communities on TikTok and/or other short-form platforms
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Our Creator-in-Residence will be responsible for ideating, developing, producing, and delivering social media content for the @TeremanaTequila TikTok channel, as well as our founder's channel
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Concepting: Delivery of 60 new content concepts per month, leaning into emerging trends and TikTok best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Content Creation: Producing a minimum of 20 platform-ready assets per month. Content should be nimble in production, culturally relevant and quick turn. We are not looking for big crews and setups (i.e., mobile shot is appropriate). You should work/produce content efficiently both remotely and on location
 </li>
 <li>
 Office/Event Engagement: Capture content at Teremana's office (NYC), our accounts, or events at least once per month
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross-Functional Teams: Work cross-functionally with both brand and founder's digital team, communicating effectively to align content strategy, creative execution, and performance insights together
 </li>
 </ul>
 <li>
 Note, this is a contractor position. As such, it is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits (such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off)
 </li>
 <li>
 Timing: The initial engagement is set for late October - December 31, with potential continuation into 2026 based on fit and channel performance
