<div>1. Work Plan &amp; Stakeholder Coordination:
 
<ul><li>Facilitate acceptance of work plans by BEE/SDA and coordinate with stakeholders for the implementation of ECSBC-Commercial &amp; Residential (ENS) in the State/UT.
</li><li>Propose and support the formation of a High-Level Committee for energy efficiency and sustainability in buildings.
</li></ul>2. Draft Submission &amp; Compliance:
 
<ul><li>Prepare and submit drafts for the notification and enforcement of ECSBC norms and their integration into building bye-laws.
</li><li>Coordinate with relevant authorities to support the integration of ECSBC directives into building approval processes.
</li></ul>3. Building Compliance &amp; Monitoring:
 
<ul><li>Monitor compliance of building projects with ECSBC-Commercial &amp; Residential (ENS) norms, including ongoing and upcoming projects.
</li><li>Provide technical support for energy audits, design simulations, and achieving ECBC &amp; ENS compliance.
</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Reporting:
 
<ul><li>Submit regular progress reports to SDA and BEE.
</li><li>Support the preparation of manuals and documents on compliance procedures, along with feasibility reports and updates on projects.
</li></ul>5. Training &amp; Certification Support:
 
<ul><li>Coordinate training programs and assist in facilitating the Star Rating and Shunya Labelling certification processes for energy-efficient buildings.</li></ul></div>

Qualification
<div>Essential Criteria:
 
1. Education:
 
- Bachelor-s Degree (Regular- Full-Time) in Architecture or Planning from a recognized University or Institute.
 
 
Desirable Criteria:
 
1. Education:
 
- Master-s Degree in Engineering- Energy- Management- Building Science- or a related field from a recognized University or Institute.
 
<ul><li>Postgraduate studies (full-time enrollment) or equivalent professional experience will be considered.</li></ul></div>
Skills
<div>Technical and Domain Knowledge:
 
1. Energy Efficiency Codes- Building Regulations- and Standards:
 
- In-depth knowledge of ECSBC- ECBC- and energy efficiency standards for both commercial and residential buildings.
 
- Familiarity with integrating ECSBC norms into state-level building bye-laws and approval processes- including Schedule of Rates (SoR).
 
<ul><li>Understanding of state/UT-specific regulations and urban planning policies.
</li></ul>2. Data Analysis- Reporting- and Documentation:
 
<ul><li>Proficient in analyzing data for existing and upcoming building projects.
</li></ul>- Skilled in preparing detailed reports- manuals- and techno-commercial feasibility documents.
 
- Capable of creating educational materials- including FAQs and compliance guides.
 
3. Project Coordination and Stakeholder Engagement:
 
- Strong experience in collaborating with SDAs- BEE- ULBs- and municipal corporations.
 
<ul><li>Proficient in forming high-level committees for policy implementation and addressing compliance challenges.
</li></ul>4. Technical Tools and Software:
 
- Proficient in E-Quest- AutoCAD- Building Energy Simulation software- and MS Project.
 
<ul><li>Capable of maintaining documentation and uploading co-ordinating with the SDA office.</li></ul></div>
