We&rsquo;re looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a difference for students with moderate to severe behavioral needs in a supportive, school-based setting.</div><div></div><div><br>
As a classroom aide in our nonpublic school in Oceanside, CA, you&rsquo;ll work closely with educators and therapists to help students reach their individual goals&mdash; academically, socially, and behaviorally. Here, you&rsquo;ll experience the consistency of a Monday&ndash;Friday schedule (8:45am &ndash; 3:45pm) with no nights, no weekends, and no travel between sites.</div><div></div><div><br>

Your Role &amp; Responsibilities &ndash;</b></div><br>
<p></p><ul><li>
Delivery of individually designed Behavior Support Plans and instructional plans in home, school and/or community settings as assigned.</li><li>
Crisis intervention as needed to protect client and/or student safety.</li><li>
Data collection and documentation of progress on Behavior Support Plans and instructional plans, documentation of behavior or other observations; incident/injury reports; and other documentation as assigned.</li><li>
Delivering client behavior and learning programs with fidelity and as designed.</li><li>
Attendance at all meetings either in person, by phone, or by internet with the BCBA, Director, Behavior Team, and/or the family or meetings related to ongoing training, as assigned.</li><li>
Compliance with BACB code of ethics and professionalism.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualifications &ndash;</b></p><ul><li>
Valid RBT Credential.</li><li>
Must have good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.</li><li>
One-year-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination in in with special needs and experience working with individuals.</li><li>
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), preferred Associate of Arts.</li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>
