We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Shipping Manager to lead and optimize our shipping and fulfillment operations. This role is critical to ensuring timely, accurate, and brand-aligned delivery to wholesale partners, boutiques, and direct-to-consumer clients.Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Manager to lead our shipping operations and optimize supply chain efficiency. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse distribution, freight management, and order fulfillment processes. Your leadership will ensure seamless coordination between transportation, inventory control, and warehouse teams to meet operational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive process improvements, implement lean methodologies, and utilize advanced supply chain systems to enhance overall performance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee all outbound shipping operations, including domestic and international orders, wholesale shipments, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment</li><li>Manage daily warehouse shipping workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery</li><li>Lead, train, and supervise shipping and warehouse staff, setting clear performance expectations</li><li>Maintain high standards for packaging and presentation consistent with a luxury brand</li><li>Coordinate with logistics partners, carriers, and freight forwarders to negotiate rates and ensure service excellence</li><li>Ensure compliance with customs, export regulations, and shipping documentation requirements</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Sales, E-commerce, and Customer Service teams</li><li>Monitor inventory movement and accuracy in the warehouse management system (WMS)</li><li>Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for shipping and fulfillment</li><li>Analyze shipping metrics, costs, and performance, and implement continuous improvements</li><li>Resolve shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies with a customer-first mindset</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse shipping or logistics management, preferably within apparel or luxury goods</li><li>Must have knowledge of EDI Transfer and A2000</li><li>Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment</li><li>Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes and compliance</li><li>Experience with WMS, ERP systems, and shipping software</li><li>Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy</li><li>Ability to lift and move packages as required and work on the warehouse floor as needed</li></ul>Preferred Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Background in high-end or luxury fashion preferred</li><li>Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style</li><li>Ability to balance operational efficiency with brand presentation standards</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Opportunity to work with a growing luxury women&rsquo;s fashion brand</li><li>Collaborative and creative work environment</li><li>Room for growth and leadership development</li></ul>Salary is commensurate with experience ranging from $65,000 to $100,000 with Benefits and Incentive.This is full time permanent position with growth potential.EMAIL RESUMES to KIMK@TERIJONSPORTS.COMPay: $60,000.00 - $105,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
