The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing various marketing projects and processes. This position requires tight interaction with brand managers, sales, customer service, and customers, to ensure our websites, social platforms, collateral and other communications, assets, etc. are accurately reflected of the brands this position represents. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the following key areas: 1) marketing &amp; sales support 2) data collection 3) general administrative support. The successful candidate must have strong organizational and project management skills, strong technical skills, experience in data manipulation and presentation, good interpersonal skills, and excellent administrative support skills. Expected to understand and embrace the Terlato family philosophy, passion, and company culture.</div></div><p>
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES</p><div><div><b>
Marketing and Sales Support</b></div><ul><li>
Ensure all resource platforms external and internal are up to date regularly</li><li>
Field and execute sales requests; pass to management if falls outside of roles &amp; responsibilities</li><li>
Brand maintenance updates: sales sheets, shelftalkers, presentations, QR code creation, etc.</li><li>
Submit creative project requests per Brand Manager directives; work with team to see projects through to completion</li><li>
Assist with the coordination of internal/ external wine and spirits tastings</li><li>
Monitor and manage Terlato website / digital presence + other various consumer/ trade touch points for brands to ensure accuracy and relevance</li><li>
Develop and send branded sales communications</li><li>
Assist with producer visits coordination and execution</li><li>
Support of branded events/</li><li>
PR events</li><li>
Assist with consumer branded inquiries</li><li>
Code/record invoices in brand checkbooks + reconcile checkbooks monthly\</li><li>
Assist with team and program travel/ trip planning needs</li><li>
Assist with agency and third-party partnership management</li></ul><div><b>
Data Collection Support</b></div><ul><li>
Learn the basics of VIP, AC Nielsen, and other third-part data systems: standard data pulls, ad hoc data pulls, and basic understanding of the data being pulled</li><li>
Manage and refresh monthly reports; send reports to external partners monthly</li><li>
Manage and update brand program trackers</li></ul><div><b>
General Administrative Support
</b></div><ul><li>Process sample requests and shipping requests</li><li>
Setup meetings invites + meeting rooms</li><li>
Manage internal folder sharing platforms permissions</li><li>
Complete projects assigned by management, with keen attention to detail</li><li>
Keep track of key deadlines, and manage time effectively and efficiently</li></ul></div><p>
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS</p><div><ul><li>
1+ years of business/marketing experience</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing preferred</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Outstanding organizational and coordination skills</li><li>
Experience working with data collection, analysis and reporting</li><li>
Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)</li><li>
Demonstrated understanding of basic marketing preferred</li><li>
Demonstrated initiative and ability to self-direct projects</li></ul><div><b>

Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000.</div><div><i>
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, length of service, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
