We are seeking a Medical Biller responsible for managing insurance claims, ensuring timely reimbursements, and maintaining accurate billing records. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in medical billing, insurance follow-ups, and compliance procedures.Responsibilities&middot; Prepare and submit medical claims (electronic and paper) to insurance providers&middot; Verify patient insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits&middot; Review and validate medical codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)&middot; Identify, correct, and resubmit denied or rejected claims&middot; Follow up on unpaid claims and manage accounts receivable\&middot; Maintain accurate billing records and documentation&middot; Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer regulations&middot; Coordinate with medical staff to resolve billing or documentation issues&middot; Provide support to patients regarding billing inquiriesQualifications&middot; Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare administration&middot; Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding systems&middot; Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines&middot; Proficiency with medical billing software and EMR/EHR systems&middot; Strong attention to detail and analytical skills&middot; Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities&middot; Medical billing certification (CMRS, CPB, or equivalent) is a plusSkills&middot; Medical Billing &amp; Claims Processing&middot; Insurance Verification&middot; Accounts Receivable (A/R) Management&middot; Denial Management&middot; HIPAA Compliance&middot; Data Accuracy &amp; Documentation&middot; Customer ServiceInterested candidates should email their updated resume to: cvresumex@gmail.com latest by December 31st, 2025.Kindly mention the position i.e. &ldquo;Medical Biller&rdquo; in the subject.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
