Job Summary 
This role is responsible for analyzing complex data, developing and implementing IT solutions, leading and managing IT projects, providing technical support, conducting research, collaborating with other IT professionals, communicating technical information to stakeholders, developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures, and mentoring and coaching junior IT staff.
The job requires strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills, as well as technical expertise in programming languages, tools, and systems.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) to be able to recommend business solutions and build high-quality requirements</li><li>
Mentor junior members of the team.</li><li>
Analyze complex data and identify patterns and trends to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.</li><li>
Responsible for leading prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations and information process flow.</li><li>
Design &amp; develop business solutions (process, architecture) that meet business needs and requirements and pass to the delivery team.</li><li>
Gathers, develops, coordinates, and maintains technical documentation such as process flows, system specifications, business requirements, and diagrammatic models for various projects and/or systems from the planning phase to final implementation, assuring requirements meet acceptance standards.</li><li>
Leading and managing IT project requirements from initiation to closure, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.</li><li>
Providing support to end-users and digital products team, including troubleshooting issues and resolving products/applications issues.</li><li>
Conducting research and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the IT industry, including new technologies, tools, and best practices.</li><li>
Responsible for conducting and organizing UAT activities.</li><li>
Developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure that they are up-to-date and aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.</li><li>
Participating in the selection and evaluation of IT products and vendors to ensure that they meet the organization's technical and business requirements.</li><li>
Conducts research and analysis into the nature, effect, and results of systems problems including root cause analysis through problem ticket resolution. Performs program configuration/modification and sets up activities for enterprise systems, if applicable.</li><li>
Identifies opportunity trends and recommends solutions through the design and preparation of various reports, charts, and graphs to depict trends.</li><li>
Coordinates and presents various summaries and briefings to senior management</li></ul></div> 
CANDIDATE SUMMARY<div>
Required Experience 
5-10 years of experience in an IT project-based environment or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.

Familiarity with relevant methodologies, tools and techniques.</li><li>
Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations and policies of a new business area.</li><li>
Ability to engage both IT and business partners to determine the explicit / implicit requirements, documenting in business case or requirements summaries.</li><li>
Experience leading and motivating others, while demonstrating empathy.</li><li>
Ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.</li><li>

Formal Education, Qualifications, or Training 
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field and 5-10 years of experience in the specialty area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Base Pay Range $92,700- $120,500 / year 
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).</div>

The Branch Sales Manager supports a branch in attaining sales goals and branch revenue objectives. They are responsible for improving the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues for residential products and services and provide mentoring and coaching to field sales professionals to maximize performance within their defined market.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Hire, onboard, train, manage &amp; engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area</li><li>
Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory, with the support of Operations to align goals and drive performance.</li><li>
Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance, and lead meetings focused on skill development, improving performance, and prioritized topics as needed.</li><li>
If needed, provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territory.</li><li>
Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs with the team to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales activity performance.</li><li>
Ensure that their team meet or exceed all activity standards for Field Sales Colleague performance (e.g., number of inspections per week), as well as other selected KPIs to meet and exceed sales targets.)</li><li>
