Position Overview: 
We are seeking a knowledgeable and versatile General Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will provide expert legal guidance across a variety of business matters, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws while supporting strategic initiatives across our divisions. You will play a critical role in protecting the company&rsquo;s interests, mitigating risk, and helping the business grow responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide legal counsel and support to the company on contracts, business operations, labor and employment matters, immigration compliance, and corporate governance.</li>
<li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to minimize risk and protect company interests.</li>
<li>Advise management and internal teams on regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution.</li>
<li>Support HR and operational teams with employment law matters, workplace policies, and employee relations issues.</li>
<li>Conduct legal research and stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the company and its clients.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal departments and external counsel as needed to resolve legal issues efficiently.</li>
<li>Assist in developing company policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in the relevant state(s).</li>
<li>3+ years of experience as a corporate, business, or general counsel attorney, ideally with exposure to HR, immigration, or labor law.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, corporate compliance, contracts, and risk management.</li>
<li>Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear guidance for non-legal teams.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li>
