Job Description
 
General Responsibilities: 
Provide project delivery support including document control and administration, project tracking, project quality and consistency, and drafting communications resulting in great client experience.
 Assist project/program manager with resource management and resource assignment.
 Partner with financial analysts/ accountants to collect and enter information to support tracking of project/program details including timelines, budgets, timelines/schedules, proposals, contracts, deliverable dates, etc. in applicable process systems.
 Assist the project team with drafting report deliverables and proposal deliverables.
 Partner with financial analysts/ accountants and project team with fee estimate and change order management.
 Perform data entry or updates to documentation & systems including TerraNet and CRM.
 Partner with financial analysts/ accountants and the project team to support management of project Work in Progress (WIP), invoicing and Accounts Receivable (AR).
 Answer questions by Operations on Terracon client programs and system use.
 Document Control
 Provide document control for projects per established processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and project and program requirements.
 Provide administrative support to project team supporting Operations, National Accounts or Sectors.
 Update and maintain project/program details in spreadsheets or other appropriate tracking systems including timelines, budgets, schedules, proposals, deliverable dates, etc.
 Project Delivery Support
 Provide updates to project/program team leaders on client deliverables and status of projects, including subtask timelines and deliverable dates including financials (provided by financial analysts/ accountants) or other areas as needed.
 Assist with updates to TerraNet and/or CRM.
 Partner with financial analysts/ accountants to support proposal and project registration setup as needed.
 Assist with updates to Program Manual or related documents.
 Assist project/program leadership with client communication plans.
 Assist with tracking and communicate project milestones to project team.
 Prepare specific written report sections and associated drawings and attachments.
 Partner with financial analysts/ accountants and the project team to draft proposals and fee estimate for standard or routine projects.
 Draft, track and maintain project change orders.
 Partner with financial analysts/ accountants and the project team to perform project registration and invoicing tasks, as needed.
 Maintain inventory of contracts for each project including status and ensuring signed contract is on file.
 Prepare request for information responses regarding design changes, as directed.
 Assist with utility locating services and clearances, as directed.
 Perform other engineering support tasks including development of drawings and directives for proposed boring and test pit locations and plans, preparation of boring and test pit logs and coordination of drilling, and field classification of soil and rock samples, as directed.
 Schedule and communicate with the client regarding project report status and delivery schedule.
 Compass Delivery Focus
 Maintains and updates project-level Compass, as applicable.
 Provides training and coaching to operational project managers and team members on the use and applicability of Compass to enhance the Client Experience.
 General
 Follow safety rules, guidelines, and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
 Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.
 Perform other duties as assigned.
 
Requirements: 
High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years’ related experience.
 Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
 Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT preferred (if applicable)
 Fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
 A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

General Responsibilities: 
This position will conduct field and laboratory testing of concrete, soil, asphalt, and aggregates.
 
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

<li>Performs sampling or testing as directed.</li>
<li>Provides assistance to other field and/or laboratory personnel</li>
<li>Transports equipment, specimens or documents to field personnel, laboratory, clients or other offices, and provides physical assistance in equipment set-up.</li>

<li>Will be placed in a progressively increased role of training and responsibility in work assignments.</li>

Requirements: 
High school diploma and BS degree in progress in a science or related field (environmental, safety, engineering, chemistry, biology, geology). The ideal candidate will have less than one year remaining to complete their BS degree.
 
The expected salary range for this position is listed below. The base range may be adjusted based on the specific location of the applicant. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
 $21.60 - $29.00 per hour

General Responsibilities: 
Manage all aspects of a facilities, materials, environmental, or geotechnical engineering project to ensure that it is safely completed on time and within scope and budget. Responsible for completing the project as per its contracted scope; monitor progress and performance against the project plan. Troubleshoot and recommend or resolve operational problems and minimize delays. May be responsible for resource management, project scheduling, budgets and forecasts, and working with external vendors, subcontractors or contractors. Conducts meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of the project to project team and client. Set priorities, assign tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones. May have responsibilities to communicate with the client and deliver work products to satisfaction of client. Coordinates effort with APR to make sure that APR has opportunity to engage throughout the project, particularly at critical junctures. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

 Works with client or NAM to define project scope, schedule and budget
 Leads interactions with client and stakeholders to ensure their goals are being considered in execution of the work
 Design, communicate, and implement a project plan for completing a project.
 Leads safety efforts including preparation and compliance with approved safety plan
 Resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
 Identify, develop, and gather necessary resources to complete the project.
 Prepare designs and work specifications; develop schedules, budgets and forecasts; select materials, equipment, project staff, and contractors.
 Estimate costs, resources, and time required to complete.
 Prepares forecasts for expenditures and manages scope, schedule to meet budget
 Monitor activities, allocate resources, and assign tasks to ensure targets are met.
 Partner with other departments or offices to secure specialized resources for the project.
 Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
 Coach and mentor project staff and assist them to solve problems.
 Coordinates with APR to ensure appropriate oversight is in place and sufficient time allowed for quality reviews
 Coordinates with accounting for financial management of business intelligence, invoicing and collections
 Develop understanding and be aware of project-related risk. Be familiar with what could go wrong on a project and how to protect the Company. Be familiar with company risk policies.
 Lead safety efforts for team and ensure team follows safety rules and guidelines. Responsible for creating and modeling a safe work environment; demonstrates safety practices. Promote pre-task planning for all projects.

 Responsible for providing consistent quality standards on project and proposal delivery. Engage APRs on projects at their onset.
 Begin documented mentoring and application process for Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer certification.
 
Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline practices by the Firm including Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology and a minimum of 10 years’ related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 14 years’ related experience.
 Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
 
Preferred Certification: 
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
 Professional Engineer (PE), Professional Geologist (PG) or similar professional registration/certification relevant to the type of services and projects being managed
 Authorized Project Reviewer status preferred.
