 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a
 
 Logistics Operations Manager
 
 to join our fast-paced, high-growth team and someone who wants to make an immediate impact.
 
 This is a full-time W-2 on-site role in Pittsburgh, PA.
 
 You&rsquo;ll be at the heart of our supply chain, managing day-to-day logistics operations, optimizing inventory, and ensuring products reach clients on time - every time. In this pivotal role, you&rsquo;ll have the autonomy to make quick decisions and drive operational excellence as Terravive continues to quickly expand and make an impact globally.

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &middot; Forecast and project weekly inventory requirements across our warehouses.
 
 
 &middot; Partner and work with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shipment issues.
 
 
 &middot; Manage inbound and outbound freight across all warehouses.
 
 
 &middot; Deliver accurate forecasting summaries to key suppliers.
 
 
 &middot; Ensure all outbound orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on time.
 
 
 &middot; Oversee international shipments and ensure regulatory compliance door-to-door.
 
 
 &middot; Automate and streamline logistics and supply chain processes.
 
 
 &middot; Establish SOPs for our domestic and international operations.
 
 
 &middot; Integrate Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or equivalent for full operational visibility.
 
 
 &middot; Work closely with leadership to ensure product availability, KPIs and inventory accuracy.

 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &middot; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
 
 
 &middot; 5-10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
 
 
 &middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field (preferred but not required).
 
 
 &middot; Strong inventory management and logistics coordination skills.
 
 
 &middot; Proven leadership and team management abilities.
 
 
 &middot; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
 
 
 &middot; Experience with variety of shipping modes: LTL, FTL, International shipping, etc.
 
 
 &middot; Experience with Broadline Food Service distribution is preferred
 
 
 &middot; Experience in consumer packaging is a plus.
