Seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our 51st Ave Recovery Center.
Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Monday - Friday (no weekends required)
Location: 51st Ave and Camelback Rd.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (Additional Language Differential Pay Available)

Duties may include:<ul><li>Under the Agency&rsquo;s policies and professional requirements, serves as the clinical supervisor of an interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness, or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment.
</li><li>Provides clinical and administrative supervision, clinical oversight, training and mentoring for case managers, peer mentors, peer health and wellness coaches, family mentors, and rehabilitation specialists on assigned team.
</li><li>Ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met or exceeded by direct reports.
</li><li>Ensures that assessments and individual service plans are developed and implemented (according to regulatory guidelines) for each member on their team.
</li><li>Works under the direct supervision of the Health Center Director.</li></ul>

</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>
Must have a GED/High school diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience and 3+ years of behavioral health experience required
</li><li>Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers, members, families, and other community members. Good communication skills, evidenced by a non-judgmental approach, effective listening and positive interactions. Strong understanding of substance use, addiction and recovery clinical skills.</li><li>
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Experience in PowerPoint and electronic medical record - NextGen preferred.</li><li>
Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm</li><li>
Must have valid Arizona driver&rsquo;s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health&rsquo;s driving policy</li><li>
Must have a valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or the ability to apply for one apply for one within 7 working days of assuming role.</li><li>
Schedule flexibility is required as this team provides services throughout weekday hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
</li><li>Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening</li></ul>
