 You will be responsible for
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 * Hire and Grow a team of High Performing Engineers.
 
 
 * Motivate Mentor Coach to develop engineers into Leaders/SMEs
 
 
 * Develop new and Improve existing processes to ensure smooth functioning of the team
 
 
 * Drive Product Direction and Strategy by interfacing with other stakeholders
 
 
 * Participate in Design and Architecture Reviews
 
 
 * Drive timely and high-quality software releases
 
 
 * Ability to manage Full Stack teams.
 
 
 * Comfortably test drive any feature/comfortable with TDD cycle
 
 
 * Demonstrate a good knowledge of other programming languages &amp; paradigms and when to apply them
 
 
 * Comfortably debug/find complex problems.
 
 
 
 You will need
 
 
 
 &nbsp;Proven track record of motivating and retaining talent building teams
 
 
 * Knowledge of SDLC and utilities like JIRA GitHub or others.
 
 
 * Good experience in collaborating and driving cross-geo / cross-team projects
 
 
 * Experience working on SaaS-based products.
 
 
 * Experience with public clouds like Azure, AWS (Azure if preferred) is desired.
 
 
 * Preferred knowledge of working with Hybrid Cloud including EDGE compute.
 
 
 * Familiarity with Design/Implementation trade-offs in building clustered high-performance fault-tolerant distributed systems software.
 
 
 * Familiarity with Kubernetes Containers Micro-service and at least one high-level programming language.
 
 
 * Experience with server-side technologies such as SpringBoot Micronaut etc.
 
 
 * Experience with Event-Driven Systems using Message Brokers.
 
 
 * Experience with Distributed Caching.
 
 
 * Experience with Distributed Deployment at EDGE and Cloud.
 
 
 * Experience with Video Standard and Streaming technologies is a Plus like ONVIF, RTSP, SRTP, WEBRTC, HLS.

 1. Implementation experience of 11i/ Oracle EBS and Fusion experience with atleast 12 &ndash; 14 years of work experience. 2. Must be well versed with Supplier automation; Purchasing; Payables; Receivables and Cash Management. 3. Must know how reporting work fron Fusion and 11i; how advanced reports can be enabled via data from ERPs. 4. Should have worked as a techno-functional lead in atleast 2 end to end implementations. 5. Must have worked as per agile methodology. 6. Excellent assertive; communication and leadership skills. 7. Should be able to work well with the stakeholders; collaborate and take the teams along. 8. Willingness to learn and passion to make a difference/ lead a change. 9.
