 Job Summary:
 The Senior Electrical Estimator provides leadership in high-value bid strategy, cost analysis, and project pursuit. This role ensures that electrical estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client and company requirements while mentoring junior estimators and refining estimating best practices.
Requirements: 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead estimating efforts complex and high-value electrical construction projects from pre-bid through final submission</li><li>
Perform QA/QC reviews for all electrical bids to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications</li><li>
Lead estimating efforts for complex or high-value electrical construction projects, from pre-bid strategy to final submission</li><li>
Mentor and train junior estimators, fostering skill development and process consistency</li><li>
Maintain and grow strategic relationships with electrical contractors, general contractors, engineers, and suppliers</li><li>
Leverage deep market knowledge and competitive intelligence to position the company for long-term success</li><li>
Contribute to refining estimating processes, templates, and best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency</li><li>
Support executive and sales leadership with cost models, risk analyses, and bid/no-bid recommendations</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Construction Management, or related discipline; advanced certifications in estimating or project management preferred</li><li>
5+ years of progressive experience in electrical estimating, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role</li><li>
Demonstrated leadership ability with a history of mentoring junior estimators</li><li>
Expert-level proficiency in electrical estimating software and the ability to implement process improvements</li><li>
Deep understanding of industry trends, cost structures, and competitive positioning strategies. Specialty in water/wastewater preferred</li></ul>

Pay offered will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and geographic location. We may pay more or less than the range based on the person&rsquo;s qualifications. In good faith we believe the range is what we will pay for this role at the time of the posting and may change in the future. In addition, Tesco offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vacation, holidays, and 100% 401K match of your contributions up to 4% of your earnings.</div>

In this role, we're looking for an experienced, future leader. A Project Manager with extensive experience in the water wastewater industry This will involve full scope project management responsibilities and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Understanding or quickly gaining comprehension in Systems Integration projects will be a key to success.

Requirements:

Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Work with Engineering and other internal departments to plan, organize and direct project activities.</li><li>
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.</li><li>
Monitor and control projects through administrative direction of on-site production to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.</li><li>
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.</li><li>
Represent company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings.</li><li>
Explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, customers, and end users.</li><li>
Formulate reports on work progress, costs and scheduling.</li><li>
Delegate, manage, and monitor assigned projects.</li><li>
Monitor and aid in control of quality of project deliverables; ensure work quality meets standards.</li><li>
Establish and maintain project schedules to accurately estimate labor utilization and project timing.</li><li>
Coordinate with other project team members; identify scope of work, schedule, and budget requirements.</li><li>
Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers, consultants and end users.</li><li>
Provide technical assistance in developing bid package specifications and evaluation of contractor.</li><li>
Follow up with customers to obtain feedback; correct problems, and address customer issues.</li><li>
Provide consulting on technical matters relating to new/ pre-established construction projects.</li><li>
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal departments, subcontractors, and customers.</li><li>
Perform all other duties assigned.</li></ul>
Education and Experience:<ul><li>
Bachelors&rsquo; degree in Construction Management or PMP certification.</li><li>
At least 5 years Water/Wastewater and I&amp;C experience in the field.</li></ul>
Demonstrated Skills and Knowledge:<ul><li>
Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; written and verbal.</li><li>
Act as a responsible company representative.</li><li>
Regularly attend formal training, review journals, publications, and other valuable resources to continuously develop knowledge of current technologies.</li><li>
Understanding of manufacturing workflow, including planning activities.</li></ul>
