Job descriptionPlanning Engineer cum Quantity Surveyor(Preferred Male Candidates for the role)<ul><li>Experience required will be 5-8 years.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li><li>A sound understanding of safety protocols.</li><li>Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field</li><li>Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor Engineer in the real estate industry</li><li>In-depth knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and techniques</li><li>Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul>o Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate with project teams to establish project timelines and milestones.</li><li>Prepare documentation and reports on project costs and financial performance.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans related to project schedule.</li><li>Analyse project plans and specifications to determine the quantity and cost of materials, equipment, and labour required.</li><li>Conduct site visits to gather relevant data and assess project progress.</li><li>Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders with suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Support the project team in resolving cost-related issues and change orders.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying.</li><li>Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare tender documentation.</li><li>Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.</li><li>Assist in value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs.</li><li>Manage variations and change orders during project execution.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How much would you rate yourself in AutoCad?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Civil License (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
