As a paralegal, your top duties will include document preparation, assisting attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support, meeting with clients and potential clients, fact-checking, trial preparation, and more!

We&rsquo;re currently seeking a Marketing Assistant with expertise in Google Ads and SEO to manage our digital advertising efforts and enhance our online presence. 
 
Job Summary 
 
The Marketing Assistant will focus on developing, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, improving SEO performance, and ensuring our firm connects with the right clients through targeted digital strategies. In addition, this role will provide support with reputation management, marketing materials, and community engagement. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
<ul><li>Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and generate qualified leads.</li>
<li>Conduct keyword research and develop targeted ad groups and campaigns.</li>
<li>Monitor, analyze, and adjust ad performance based on KPIs and campaign goals.</li>
<li>Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.</li>
<li>Manage website content updates while ensuring SEO best practices are applied.</li>
<li>Track, analyze, and compile marketing metrics and reports, providing recommendations for improvement.</li>
<li>Contribute to broader marketing efforts, including: 
<ul><li>
Monitoring online reviews and supporting reputation management.</li></ul>
</li>
<li><ul><li>Assisting with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.</li></ul>
</li>
<li><ul><li>Providing support for community events and networking initiatives.</li></ul>
</li>
</ul>Qualifications 
 
<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>Experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns, including keyword targeting, ad creation, and optimization.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of SEO principles and experience improving website rankings.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.</li>
<li>Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.</li>
<li>Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.</li>
