Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in HR with exposure to purchase/procurement tasks.</li><li>Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and procurement procedures.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HRMS software.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.</li></ul>Human Resources Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).</li><li>Maintain employee records and manage HR databases (attendance, leaves, payroll inputs).</li><li>Draft HR policies, letters, and contracts as per company standards.</li><li>Coordinate training and development programs.</li><li>Ensure employee engagement and grievance redressal.</li><li>Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).</li><li>Assist in performance evaluation and appraisal processes.</li><li>Support HR audits and documentation.</li></ul>Purchase &amp; Procurement Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and manage the purchase of office and operational supplies.</li><li>Evaluate vendor quotes, negotiate prices, and place purchase orders.</li><li>Maintain inventory records and ensure timely replenishment.</li><li>Track and follow up on delivery schedules and ensure quality checks.</li><li>Liaise with vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.</li><li>Prepare purchase reports and maintain accurate procurement documentation.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
