Our people are the core of our success&mdash;and we&rsquo;re looking for an HR professional who can help us manage and grow our team effectively.Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Representative to join our team in The Colony, TX. This role is critical to our day-to-day operations and will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including onboarding, employee relations, HR operations, and the coordination of phlebotomist staff across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle, benefits administration, compliance, and record-keeping.</li><li>Conduct and coordinate smooth and efficient onboarding processes for new hires.</li><li>Serve as the main HR point of contact for all phlebotomists and other employees across various sites.</li><li>Track and manage employee schedules, leaves, and attendance records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal labor regulations.</li><li>Address employee concerns and provide HR support to staff at all levels.</li><li>Coordinate with department managers for staffing needs and resource planning.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date employee records in HRIS or other systems.</li><li>Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>Assist in recruiting and hiring processes as needed.</li><li>Drive HR best practices and continuous process improvement across the organization.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in an HR Representative or similar role; healthcare or lab services experience is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multi-site employees, especially field-based roles like phlebotomists.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
