You understand that editing is more than cutting footage, shooting content, and supporting larger multi-day productions &mdash; it&rsquo;s shaping emotion, rhythm, and story to match the creative vision.

 Edit &amp; Execute

 Edit video content across multiple formats including broadcast, social, OLVs, and branded content, taking scripts and creative direction to bring edits to life independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Shoot and edit social-first content across platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set up and execute small studio shoots for content capture.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create motion graphics and dynamic edits that elevate storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute basic audio mixing and sound clean-up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply basic color correction and finishing passes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver high-quality edits under tight timelines.

 Collaboration &amp; Workflow

 Partner closely with Creative teams and Producers to refine storytelling, jumping between scrappy, fast-turn content and larger, planned productions.

 Receive and implement constructive feedback with professionalism and speed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple edits simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized project files and efficient workflows.

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For.
 
 
 
 Science tells us that the most effective Video Editor &amp; Content Creators

 bring a blend of technical fluency, creative instincts, and collaborative energy:

 Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience editing under tight timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle basic audio mixing and color correction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong storytelling instincts and creative imagination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidence shooting on both mobile and DSLR/video equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort working both independently and within a small team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for impactful creative and desire to grow professionally.
 </li>
 <li>
 The knowledge and instincts typically built through a combination of education/formal training and 1&ndash;3 years of editing experience.
