 We are seeking an exceptional
 
 IT Support Technician
 
 for our New Orleans QA Testing Facility. &nbsp;This is an exciting new role, in our recently opened testing facility.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsibility for the NOLA Service Desk and the efficient and timely delivery of 1st/2nd line IT support to the QA testing teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Provisioning of testing equipment to QA projects in a timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Day to administration of local servers, systems and network devices
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementation of global policies defined by the IT Director and Head of InfoSec
 </li>
 <li>
 IT Procurement for this facility
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiation and maintenance of vendor and consultant contracts and service agreements
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain complete, detailed documentation of all services and systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing and auditing of all IT assets in the facility
 </li>
 <li>
 Vulnerability scanning and patching of endpoints
 </li>
 <li>
 Addressing security events raised by the SIEM solution
 </li>
 <li>
 Shift patterns may be flexible
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or related technical field
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years prior&nbsp;IT&nbsp;support experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and support various groups of users
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player - working effectively as part of local and global IT teams
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Essential technical skills;
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Current server, PC and mobile hardware
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of the principles of networking, and related technologies and hardware
 </li>
 <li>
 Industry recognized qualifications in IT hardware support - CompTIA A+ or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Operating Systems (Windows10, OSX, iOS, Android)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent understanding of basic Active Directory management - User and Groups
 </li>
 <li>
 VoIP phone systems
 </li>
 <li>
 PC image deployment technologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Encryption technologies e.g. Bitlocker
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Desirable skills and experience;
 
 <ul>

 <li>
 Exposure to ISO 27001, MPAA or other security standards would be a strong advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Gaming/Media Industry Experience - development, testing, publishing; handling confidential data
