About the job
The goal of a Senior QA Engineer is to ensure product quality, reliability, and an exceptional user experience through a balanced combination of manual and automated testing. This involves designing and executing comprehensive test cases, performing exploratory and regression testing, identifying and documenting defects, and ensuring issues are properly tracked and resolved.
Senior QA Engineers also develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks, integrating them into continuous integration and delivery pipelines to achieve broad coverage across functional, regression, and performance scenarios. By continuously improving testing efficiency and reducing manual effort, they help accelerate release cycles without compromising quality.
