  How You&rsquo;ll Spend Your Day

  <li>
   Maintain the HVAC and water system inline to the Quality and Safety standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Mentor the team and be a SME for the HVAC and water system.
  </li>
  <li>
   Upkeep the Equipment availability by analysing and reducing the breakdowns.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible and lead for various types of activities in the service floor like Operation and maintenance of HVAC &amp; Compressed air system &amp; Nitrogen plant. Also responsible for filter cleaning, whole plant AC&rsquo;s, cooling systems, small projects, improvement, new initiatives, energy saving, modification, automation, new process developments. etc. of site.
  </li>
  <li>
   Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Execute the Engineering &amp; Maintenance activities in the plant &amp; ensure timely delivery of AOP within the given budget, also having an In-depth understanding of Operation and maintenance procedures and project management principles.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure all legal, health and safety regulations are being followed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Working as per cGMP guideline and upkeep the HVAC and water system and all time readiness for audit.
  </li>
  <li>
   Implementation of periodical servicing, annual maintenance and other Engineering related works
  </li>
  <li>
   Implementing improvement programs and its changes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Identifying the critical spares, consumables for the service floor area and keep them in stock.
  </li>
  <li>
   Implementation of periodical servicing, annual maintenance and other Engineering related works
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist Utility lead to achieve the Department goals and AOP.
  </li>
  <li>
   Contractor finalization and onboarding as per site compliance and site timelines.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead procurements and invoicing of the assigned area and adhere the compliances. (Monitor invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Track activities &amp; deliverables, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead GEP documentation like qualification, validation, change management, Project management and other quality-related engineering documentation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop effective ways to measure and analyze the operation and maintenance progress. Common strategies for documenting a maintenance &amp; operation include data collection and verbal and written status reports.
  </li>
  <li>
   Evaluate and identify the Energy savings projects, simplifications of procedures, revising the procedures or processes to eliminate the non-value added works.
  </li>
  <li>
   Also has to take care the operation and maintenance of Remaining utilities like Chillers, hot water pumps, cooling towers, Boilers, Water systems, ETP, Fire pump house, Electrical systems, safety compliance activities, Building maintenance of non-manufacturing area as on when required.
  </li>

   Should have the knowledge of the BMS and it&rsquo;s control systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Represent the service floor, water system and utility area for all audits.
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible and lead for various types of activities in the Water system like Operation and maintenance of raw water treatment, potable water generation and distribution, purified water generation and distribution, timely preventive maintenance, sanitization of water systems as per schedules, periodical replacement of filters/membranes/resins/media&rsquo;s. Also responsible for chemical purchases and dosing, small projects, improvement, new initiatives, water/energy saving, modification, automation, process optimization etc. of site.
