We have been in business for over 17 years and need self-motivated individuals to join our team.Visit www.TexanCredit.com for more information on Texan Credit.We offer competitive compensation, benefits package, and a lucrative bonus program.<ul><li>Starting hourly pay $13.50 but negotiable depending on experience.</li><li>90-day evaluation with the possibility of up to a 10% increase in pay.</li><li>8 days of paid time off after 90 days and 15 days after 1 year of employment.</li><li>401 K after 1 year of employment.</li><li>Optional health, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance coverage.</li><li>Full-time hours are always 40 or more each week.</li></ul>Responsibilities include but are not limited to.<ul><li>Assist the Manager in coordinating daily operations to be a profitable location.</li><li>Monitor market trends and make recommendations for operations.</li><li>Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing.</li><li>Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and good phone etiquette.</li><li>Assist in training staff members.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state laws.</li><li>Full account support including applications, underwriting, processing, and servicing accounts.</li></ul>Experience/Skills needed.<ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Experience with math calculations for daily, weekly, and monthly goals.</li><li>Familiarity with market trends and consumer preferences.</li><li>Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.</li><li>Excellent customer service required.</li><li>A positive attitude and willingness to learn.</li><li>Bilingual is a plus!!</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $13.50 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Irving, TX 75060 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
