How You'll Make an Impact
As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be an essential part of the clinical team, helping create a smooth, efficient, and comfortable experience for every patient. You will work closely with our dentists and team to keep procedures running seamlessly while delivering the high level of care our patients rely on.
In this role, you will:
<ul><li>Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials so providers are ready to begin each procedure</li>
<li>Assist dentists chairside by suctioning, passing instruments, and supporting efficient clinical workflows</li>
<li>Take high-quality dental radiographs and ensure they are accurately documented</li>
<li>Fabricate temporary restorations and polish removable appliances</li>
<li>Support procedures such as bleaching, nightguards, crown deliveries, and suture removals</li>
<li>Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards</li>
<li>Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care to support long-term oral health</li>
<li>Document treatment and maintain accurate patient records</li>
<li>Coordinate and track lab cases to ensure quality and timely delivery</li>
<li>Help maintain an organized, prepared clinical environment throughout the day</li>
<li>Your work helps ensure every patient visit runs smoothly while supporting a high standard of clinical care.</li>

What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Assist dentists and hygienists during restorative and general dental procedures</li>
<li>Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical standards</li>
<li>Take accurate dental radiographs (X-rays) and ensure they are properly documented</li>
<li>Maintain accurate patient records, charting, and treatment documentation</li>
<li>Ensure treatment plans and consent forms are properly completed and recorded</li>
<li>Perform specialized tasks such as bleaching, nightguards, crown deliveries, suture removals, and fabricating temporary restorations</li>
<li>Clean and polish removable appliances and ensure proper fit</li>
<li>Produce study casts by pouring, trimming, and polishing models while maintaining lab case records</li>
<li>Maintain sterilization standards and follow OSHA infection control protocols</li>
<li>Support smooth patient flow and help keep the clinic running efficiently</li>
<li>Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and front office staff to deliver excellent patient care</li>
<li>Provide guidance and support to new dental assistants when needed</li></ul></div>
