What You'll Do
<ul><li>Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and oral tissues.</li>
<li>Perform clinical treatments such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and other restorative and preventive services.</li>
<li>Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.</li>
<li>Formulate and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs.</li>
<li>Administer anesthetics to ensure patient comfort during procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate patient records and complete all required documentation in compliance with clinical protocols.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient scheduling, patient satisfaction, and achievement of office production and collection goals.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing professional development, including mentorship meetings, continuing education, and performance reviews to support growth and clinical excellence.</li>

$250,000 - $450,000 Annual Salary - tier based model
