Dermatology Physician Assistant (PA-C) Texas Dermatology &amp; Facial Plastics | Odessa, TXTexas Dermatology &amp; Facial Plastics is seeking a highly motivated Physician Assistant with a strong interest in dermatology to join our rapidly growing practice in Odessa, Texas.This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside Dr. Smriti Prasad, a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, with hands-on training in medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, and cosmetic procedures.We are looking for a PA who is excited to build a long-term career in dermatology, develop procedural skills, and grow with a modern, expanding practice.What You'll Do<ul><li>Evaluate and treat patients with a full spectrum of dermatologic conditions</li><li>Perform comprehensive skin exams and skin cancer screenings</li><li>Diagnose and treat conditions including:</li><li>Acne</li><li>Rosacea</li><li>Psoriasis</li><li>Eczema</li><li>Skin infections</li><li>Hair and nail disorders</li><li>Perform in-office dermatologic procedures, including:</li><li>Skin biopsies</li><li>Cryotherapy</li><li>Surgical excisions</li><li>Electrodessication and curettage</li><li>Participate in cosmetic dermatology, including:</li><li>Injectables</li><li>Laser treatments</li><li>Other aesthetic procedures</li><li>Build strong relationships with patients while delivering efficient, high-quality dermatologic care</li></ul>Training &amp; MentorshipThe PA will receive direct mentorship and training from Dr. Smriti Prasad, with opportunities to develop expertise in:<ul><li>Dermatologic diagnosis</li><li>Procedural dermatology</li><li>Cosmetic dermatology</li></ul>This role is ideal for someone eager to build procedural skills and develop into a high-performing dermatology PA.Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program</li><li>PA-C certification</li><li>Eligible for Texas licensure</li><li>Strong interest in dermatology and procedural medicine</li><li>Dermatology experience is a plus but not required</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive base salary with productivity incentives</li></ul>About Our PracticeTexas Dermatology &amp; Facial Plastics provides comprehensive dermatologic care for the West Texas community, including medical dermatology, skin cancer treatment, Mohs surgery, and cosmetic dermatology.
