JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant - Georgetown assists with maintaining site reports in compliance with city, state, and federal regulations, processes driver paperwork, and handles cash reconciliation and bank deposits for the gatehouse and Gardenville. This position works with the Safety Department to process uniform orders for all Operations and Maintenance employees at the Georgetown site, updates payroll and human resources information, as directed, and serves as the point of contact for anyone inquiring about Georgetown operations. The Administrative Assistant - Georgetown is a hybrid role and will serve as a Gatehouse agent every Saturday and occasional weekdays as needed. 
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Maintains site reports in compliance with city, state and federal regulations pertaining to the transfer station.</li><li>
Maintains a filing system for documents and personnel files.</li><li>
Processes, distributes and files confidential and sensitive documents.</li><li>
Drafts routine reports, e.g. free dump day, total COSA tonnage YTD, yard and container inventory.</li><li>
Obtains purchase orders (PO) approvals when needed.</li><li>
Assist with processing driver paperwork.
</li><li>Collects payments from customers via mail, scale house and drop offs, and updates accounts and transports deposits to the bank.</li><li>
Operates office equipment, including but not limited to a PC, scanner, copier, fax machine, tablets, two-way radios, video monitors, and multi-line phone system.</li><li>
Orders and assigns work uniforms for employees at the facility.</li><li>
Maintains inventory and safety supplies for the office.</li><li>
Assures that tablets, phone, two-way radios are functioning, updated, and issued correctly.</li><li>
Checks on routing, route statuses, work orders, and tickets as needed by drivers and management.</li><li>
Assists drivers with questions on routes, check for pictures, pull up notes or maps for accounts.</li><li>
Prints route sheets and makes temporary route changes when suggested by the Facility Manager or supervisor.</li><li>
Works in the Gatehouse as a Gatehouse attendant every Saturday.</li><li>
Updates payroll when the Facility Manager is out.</li><li>
Maintains spreadsheets such as gate codes and trash limits, employee contact information, container inventory control and others.</li><li>
Relieves the scale house attendant, as needed.</li><li>
Attends monthly safety meetings and weekly site meetings.</li><li>
Monitors and responds to &ldquo;Georgetown Operations&rdquo; emails.</li><li>
Answers incoming phone calls.</li><li>
Report operations issues to the Facility Operations Manager and Site Director.</li><li>
Monitors video surveillance at the site.</li><li>
Maintains the HR &ldquo;Health Board.&rdquo;</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
High school diploma or its equivalent</li><li>
At least three years&rsquo; experience doing clerical or administrative work.</li><li>
Working knowledge of office administration practices and the ability to use standard office equipment &ndash; phone, computer, scanner, fax machine.</li><li>
Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision</li><li>
Basic math skills</li><li>
Ability to follow instructions</li><li>
Able to work independently, manage priorities and workload</li><li>
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite</li><li>
Professional phone and personal etiquette</li><li>
Verbal and written fluency in English</li></ul> 
LICENSES &amp; CERTIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Valid Class C driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>

JOB SUMMARY
The Business Intelligence Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom internal applications that support core business operations. This role plays a critical part in building scalable, user-friendly web applications using C#, Blazor Server/WebAssembly, and JavaScript to streamline processes, enhance data access, and solve operational challenges across departments. 
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Design and Develop Custom Internal Applications using C#, .NET, and Blazor Server/WebAssembly to meet evolving business needs across operations, finance, logistics, and other departments.</li><li>
Build and Maintain RESTful APIs for use in internal applications, data integrations, and system automation.</li><li>
Integrate Databases and Backend Systems by writing performant SQL queries and connecting applications to SQL Server or similar RDBMS platforms.</li><li>
Implement Front-End Logic and Interactivity using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Blazor component libraries.</li><li>
Ensure Application Performance and Scalability, including testing, debugging, and optimizing for responsiveness and efficiency.</li><li>
Participate in Code Reviews and Development Planning, contributing to best practices and codebase maintainability.</li><li>
Support Existing Applications by diagnosing bugs, applying updates, and introducing enhancements based on user feedback.</li><li>
Document Code and Technical Processes, ensuring all solutions are well-documented for future development and support.</li><li>
Stay Current with Emerging Tools and Frameworks relevant to the company&rsquo;s development stack and recommend improvements as appropriate.</li></ul> 
REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field; or the equivalent in work experience</li><li>
Application Development &ndash; Blazor &amp; C#:<ul><li>
Proficiency in developing web applications using C#, .NET, and Blazor Server/WebAssembly</li><li>
Solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management in Blazor</li></ul></li><li>
API Development:<ul><li>
Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs</li><li>
Familiarity with API security, authentication (e.g., JWT), and performance considerations</li></ul></li><li>
JavaScript &amp; Front-End Integration:<ul><li>
Working knowledge of JavaScript, with the ability to integrate scripts into Blazor or other .NET-based applications</li><li>
Experience with DOM manipulation, event handling, and JavaScript interop with Blazor</li></ul></li><li>
Database Connectivity &amp; SQL:<ul><li>
Strong understanding of SQL Server or other relational databases</li><li>
Ability to write stored procedures, functions, and queries to support application logic and reporting</li></ul></li><li>
Software Design &amp; Architecture:<ul><li>
Experience organizing and structuring modular, scalable applications</li></ul></li><li>
Debugging &amp; Troubleshooting:<ul><li>
Proficient in using Visual Studio debugging tools, browser dev tools, and logging frameworks to diagnose and resolve issues</li></ul></li><li>
Version Control &amp; DevOps Awareness:<ul><li>
Experience using Git for source control and understanding of deployment workflows in web environments</li></ul></li><li>
UI/UX Sensitivity:<ul><li>
