Position Highlights
The Project Manager Ambulatory Virtual PRN leads and manages the delivery of a Salesforce CRM Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The PM ensures projects and project deliverables are completed on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality standards. The PM works closely with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to provide appropriate project guidance.
This role bridges business stakeholders and IT, translating operational needs into actionable Salesforce requirements while building a clear, resource-aligned project plan. The engagement is temporary (3-6 months) with variable weekly hours based on project phase and demand.

Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership &amp; Delivery 
. Lead end-to-end delivery of a Salesforce CRM MVP from discovery through launch 
. Develop and manage a phased project timeline, including milestones, dependencies, integrations, and resource needs 
. Coordinate across business leaders, IT/Salesforce teams, and external partners as applicable 
. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies 
 
Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Requirements 
. Facilitate stakeholder interviews/workshops to gather and prioritize requirements across business units (e.g. community, employer, provider relationships) 
. Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories, process flows, and functional requirements for Salesforce configuration/build 
. Align stakeholders on scope for MVP vs. future phases. 
 
Salesforce Collaboration 
. Work closely with the internal Salesforce/ITS team to refine requirements, backlog, and sprint plans 
. Speak the &quot;Salesforce language&quot; (objects, fields, workflows, reporting, integrations) to ensure efficient handoffs and minimal rework 
. Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution. 
 
Integration &amp; Resource Planning 
. Identify required integrations (e.g., marketing tools, referral sources, reporting systems) and coordinate dependencies 
. Define resource plan (internal/external, roles, and time allocations aligned to timeline. 
 
Deliverables &amp; Handoff 
. Deliver a functional Salesforce CRM MVP aligned to agreed scope 
. Produce a documented backlog and roadmap for future phases (post-MVP enhancements) 
. Recommend a sustainable support/operating model for CRM (governance, roles, intake, prioritization, reporting cadence)

Education 
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, clinical field, business, or related field required. 4 years related experience in lieu of a degree required 
 
Experience 
5+ years of project management experience, progressive leadership experience or experience leading high level projects and initiatives required.

What you will do
It is the role of the Concierge to guide consumers and their &quot;secondary guests&quot; through the entire urgent care visit to enhance the consumer experience by maximizing throughput and delivering clinical excellence. The Concierge is responsible for a variety of clinical functions, including but not limited to assisting the provider with care and treatment, laboratory testing, x-ray examinations, and other duties. The Concierge also performs patient registration, collection of payments, rooming, and patient discharge. All Concierges are expected to maintain competency and perform in all assigned positions on a rotating basis. This position is a vital part of the urgent care team that works under the direction of the Site Manager and works closely with the provider and other clinical staff. Must demonstrate discretion; good judgment; diplomacy; decision-making; and a customer service attitude.<ul><li>
Collects identification and payor related documentation, conducts registration using EPIC workflow.</li><li>
Measures and documents vitals and communicates the resulting data to the consumer and provider, including temperature, pulse, oxygen saturation, respiration, blood pressure, height, weight, and pain level.</li><li>
Documents chief complaint, allergies, health history, and current medications accurately in EPIC for review by provider.
</li><li>Performs and documents laboratory testing and collections per provider orders and/or standard operating procedures, to include venipuncture with prior venipuncture competency check-off.</li><li>
Administers and documents oral and intramuscular medication using the appropriate medication verification workflow. If a medical assistant, then may perform injections with the appropriate competency checkoff</li><li>
Assists provider with procedures to include, but not limited to maintaining sterile field, laceration repair, I&amp;D, and application of ortho-goods and assists with ortho-glass application.</li><li>
Performs diagnostic x-rays and documents completion of radiology examinations within the licensed scope of practice as ordered and verified by the provider. Performs x-rays following established protocols and utilizes appropriate exposure factors for care and safety. Ensures images and applicable communication are transferred to radiology group for overread and assures all images have a report on file in the medical record.</li><li>
Behave in a professional and empathetic manner to build trust, comfort, understanding, and relationships with consumers and secondary guest(s) and in-line with patient experience standards.</li><li>
Welcomes the consumer and secondary guest(s) to the center (including eye contact, smile, greeting, and personal introduction) and inquires about the purpose and nature of the visit.</li><li>
Recognizes and notifies provider immediately of emergent patients, performs BLS, provides oxygen administration, and assists provider with emergency care.</li><li>
Schedules primary care referrals for consumers</li><li>
Maintains office supplies, medical supplies, and medications at appropriate par levels as assigned.</li><li>
Performs quality checks throughout out the facility per established policies and procedure</li><li>

Welcomes the consumer and secondary guest(s) to the center (including eye contact, smile, greeting, and personal introduction) and inquires about the purpose and nature of the visit and appropriate screening questions</li><li>
Recognizes and notifies provider immediately of emergent patients, performs BLS, provides oxygen administration, and assists provider with emergency care.</li><li>
Schedules appointments for primary care referrals for consumers</li><li>
Maintains office supplies, medical supplies, and medications at appropriate par levels as assigned.</li><li>
Performs quality checks throughout out the facility per established policies and procedure</li><li>

What you will do
It is the role of the Concierge to guide consumers and their &quot;secondary guests&quot; through the entire urgent care visit to enhance the consumer experience by maximizing throughput and delivering clinical excellence. The Concierge is responsible for a variety of clinical functions, including but not limited to assisting the provider with care and treatment, laboratory testing, x-ray examinations, and other duties. The Concierge also performs patient registration, collection of payments, rooming, and patient discharge. All Concierges are expected to maintain competency and perform in all assigned positions on a rotating basis. This position is a vital part of the urgent care team that works under the direction of the Site Manager and works closely with the provider and other clinical staff.
