We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Medical Scribe to support our physician in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role involves partnering directly with the physician to accurately capture patient encounters and ensure medical records are complete, organized, and compliant. The Medical Scribe plays an essential role in improving workflow efficiency and supporting high-quality patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Documentation Support<ul><li>Attend patient appointments, consultations, and in-office procedures alongside the physician</li><li>Document patient histories, physical exam findings, assessments, treatment plans, and care instructions during the visit</li><li>Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and completed in real time</li></ul>Medical Record Management<ul><li>Maintain thorough and timely charting within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system</li><li>Review entries for completeness and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards</li></ul>Patient Care Coordination Assistance<ul><li>Gather and organize pertinent clinical information, including lab results, imaging reports, and outside records</li><li>Support the physician with order entry, referrals, and follow-up documentation as directed</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Administrative Duties<ul><li>Assist with documentation-related administrative tasks to support clinic operations</li><li>Safeguard patient privacy and adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines at all times</li></ul>Pay: $14.50 - $19.75 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>medical : 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
