Our Member Advocate I helps people and are committed to making an impact in our member&rsquo;s lives. They focus on brighter paths by providing advice tailored to suit our member&rsquo;s financial needs. You will help assist with everyday transactions, build rapport, and make them part of the Texas Trust family. 
<ul><li>Create a member experience that makes them feel welcomed. Personalize every interaction by using the member&rsquo;s name and thank them for choosing Texas Trust;</li><li>
Find ways to exceed member expectations with full consideration of policies, procedures and regulatory requirements while also building relationships to enhance our member&rsquo;s financial future;</li><li>
Utilize exceptional service skills to engage with members, and present member focused solutions to deepen relationships in person, by phone and through written communication;</li><li>
Initiate a warm transition to other areas of business to take care of extended member financial needs;</li><li>
Educate members on ways to do their banking conveniently through multi-channel solutions including online and mobile banking;</li><li>
Proactively collaborate with other departments to satisfy all member requests;</li><li>
Be flexible and willing to assist in other lines of business as requested;</li><li>
Ability to identify fraud and take appropriate action to prevent losses;</li><li>
Practices and brings to life with the team our &ldquo;Yes And&hellip; culture;</li><li>
Comply with established regulations and law requirements;</li><li>
Perform various other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Required Experience
<ul><li>
1-2 years of retail experience</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year of previous teller/CSR experience preferred</li></ul>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Skills, Education and/or Certifications Required</h2>
<ul><li>High School Diploma/GED required
</li><li>Ability to operate multiple computer systems efficiently
</li><li>Requires an organized, meticulous self-starter who is able to work independently</li><li>
Strong processing, analytical and critical thinking skills</li><li>
Possess a strong work ethic and an adaptable team player mentality</li><li>
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to member satisfaction</li><li>
Required to manage all member information in a confidential manner</li><li>
Professional written and verbal communications skills</li><li>
Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with members and colleagues</li><li>
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays</li><li>
Position may require extended periods of sitting or standing, and lifting under 10 pounds</li></ul>
