As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will:<ul><li>
Process loans within established policies, procedures, and related legal requirements.</li><li>
Communicate frequently with members, realtors, and loan officers regarding file statuses.</li><li>
Create and deliver mortgage disclosures.</li><li>
Place and track mortgage orders with third party companies.</li><li>
Verify data on the loan application for accuracy.</li><li>
Maintain progression of the mortgage file to meet or exceed closing dates.
</li><li>Establish and maintain professional relationships with members, realtors, and others.
</li><li>Maintain knowledge of mortgage products, procedures, and regulations.
</li><li>Be responsible for meeting set standards and objectives for processing.
</li></ul>We need you to have:

</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail is a must.</li><li>
Be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, while managing and meeting multiple deadlines.
</li><li>Integrity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work with a dynamic and passionate team.
</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn and use various software and technology programs.
