This is an onsite job.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, digital art, and print advertising that align with strategic goals.</li><li>Design logos, icons, layouts, and visual assets using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision.</li><li>Collaborate with our teams to produce compelling visual content for websites built on WordPress or other content management systems and put that content to use.</li><li>Manage color theory, color management techniques, typography, and layout design to ensure consistent visual quality across all projects.</li><li>Conduct photo manipulation, digital art creation, and photo editing to enhance imagery for various applications.</li><li>Oversee production design for projects while maintaining high standards of quality control.</li><li>Apply UI/UX principles in web design projects using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design best practices.</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of branding guidelines to ensure all visuals support the company&rsquo;s identity and messaging.</li><li>Present ideas clearly to stakeholders through effective presentation skills and visual storytelling techniques.</li><li>Create, Publish, and Manage webstores across a varety of products.</li><li>Help manage IT for the company.</li><li>Learn the the operations of the specific equipment we use.</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in graphic design or digital art roles with a strong portfolio showcasing logo design, branding projects, motion graphics, and web visuals.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, InVision, and other relevant design tools.</li><li>Solid understanding of color management systems, typography principles, layout design, and typesetting for both digital and print media.</li><li>Knowledge of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail across multiple projects.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly to team members and clients.</li><li>Experience with Web Store development is a plus.</li><li>A passion for staying current with industry trends in digital art, motion graphics, UI/UX design, and marketing strategies.
