Both Male and Female Candidates may applyPatient Management<ul><li>Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude</li><li>Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments</li><li>Handle patient inquiries (phone, email, in-person)</li><li>Remind patients about upcoming appointments or recalls</li></ul>Administrative Tasks<ul><li>Manage daily appointment book and dentist&rsquo;s schedule</li><li>Prepare and file invoices, receipts, and treatment estimates</li><li>Maintain front office supplies and cleanliness</li><li>Coordinate with lab, suppliers, and referring clinics</li><li>Keep daily, weekly, and monthly reports (cash, appointments, and treatments)</li></ul>Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Communicate smoothly between patients, dental staff, and doctors</li><li>Handle emergency calls and walk-in patients efficiently</li><li>Ensure smooth patient flow from reception to treatment rooms</li><li>Dusting of Reception area, Doors and glass doors</li><li>Clinical Assistance Prepare dental instruments, materials, and treatment rooms before procedures</li></ul>Patient Care<ul><li>Escort patients to and from the dental chair</li><li>Explain post-treatment care and oral hygiene instructions</li><li>Provide comfort and reassurance to anxious patients</li><li>Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures (chairside assistance)</li><li>Pass instruments, suction saliva, and ensure patient comfort</li><li>Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment</li><li>Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified/allowed)</li><li>Prepare dental impressions and pour study models (if required)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;7,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
