You will play a crucial role in deploying learning and development programs aimed at improving customer experience, dealer behavior, sales techniques, and overall business development. Additionally, you will act as the single point of contact for dealers, providing comprehensive help and support, including policies, Taro Hub deployment, and enhancing digital presence. Your involvement in field promotions, targeting mechanics, end customers, product displays, and van campaigns will be instrumental in boosting sales and brand visibility.</div></div></div><div></div>

<br><p></p><div><div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry for at least 4-8 Yrs.</li><li>Strong understanding of dealer management and field promotion strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven leadership experience in sales or a related field.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of dealer management, field promotions, and sales strategies.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions to drive sales performance</li></ul></div></div><div></div>
