We are looking for an experienced MEP Estimation Engineer (HVAC) with 3&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC estimation for commercial and residential projects. The candidate should be well-versed in preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tenders in line with project specifications and local standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare HVAC cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and tender documents</li><li>Quantity take-off for HVAC systems including ducting, piping, equipment, and accessories</li><li>Prepare BOQs, material breakdowns, and cost comparisons</li><li>Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for clarifications</li><li>Analyze vendor quotations and finalize costing</li><li>Assist in tender submissions and post-tender clarifications</li><li>Ensure estimates comply with UAE standards and project requirements</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field</li><li>3&ndash;4 years of experience in HVAC estimation within MEP contracting companies</li><li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and market rates</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel</li><li>Familiar with UAE authority requirements and tender procedures</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>UAE experience is mandatory</li><li>Immediate or short-notice joiners will be an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
