What you&rsquo;ll do</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Lead and conduct comprehensive quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with industry standards, specifications, and contractual requirements</li><li>
Ensure thorough documentation of all quality control processes, inspection reports, and compliance records, and maintain organized project files</li><li>
Review and validate that billing statements accurately reflect the work performed and align with project documentation and contractual agreements</li><li>
Design, update, and enforce quality control procedures and standards to ensure they meet current industry practices and regulatory requirements</li><li>
Analyze trends in quality data and non-conformance reports, and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements to mitigate recurring issues</li><li>
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site leads to address quality concerns and ensure that quality standards are integrated into project planning and execution</li><li>
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to quality control staff and field inspectors, promoting best practices and continuous improvement</li><li>
Perform internal audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality control procedures and regulatory requirements, and address any compliance issues</li><li>
Interface with customers and other stakeholders to address quality-related inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with the quality of work delivered</li><li>
Travel, handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and adapt to varying weather conditions, along with other tasks as assigned</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you&rsquo;ll need</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>To be 18 years of age or older</li><li>
Authorization to work in the United States for this company</li><li>
Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record</li><li>
Two years of experience in the telecommunications or utility industry with a strong focus on quality work and contractual adherence</li><li>
Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of communications construction</li><li>
Five years quality control experience</li><li>
Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices</li><li>
Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation</li></ul><p><br>

Additional qualifications</p><ul><li>
Associates Degree in an industry related field or equivalent work experience</li></ul><p><b><br>
Physical abilities &amp; exposures</b></p><ul><li><b>
Routinely</b>: work alone in remote locations, operate vehicle, squeeze, bend, stoop, stand, walking, climb stairs, use keyboard and mouse</li><li><b>
Occasionally</b>: work at heights, use ladder, life greater than 55 pounds</li></ul></div></div></div>
