About this Role:
Textron Systems is seeking an experienced PWB/PWA/Flex Design Engineer to join our team developing and improving product designs to support advanced emerging programs. This individual will work as part of a multidisciplined design team developing electronic systems for Space Applications.
Responsibilities:
The individual will be responsible for developing new PWB/PWA/Flex designs and the transition of those designs into military qualified hardware. The individual should be proficient in specifying the appropriate PWB/PWA/Flex construction based on requirements and environments. The individual should be knowledgeable in IPC standards, supplier PWB/PWA/Flex fabrication techniques and controlled impedance path layouts.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
<ul><li>10 years of experience in PWB/PWA/Flex layout</li>
<li>Experience in the layout of High density printed circuit boards.</li>
<li>Experienced with Schematic modification and netlisting designs into layout</li>
<li>Controlled impedance implementation, RF Circuits, and guard track layout experience</li>
<li>Allegro PWB designer experience</li>
<li>Create and maintain component libraries</li>
<li>Experienced in footprint generation.</li>
<li>Active security clearance is preferred, eligibility for clearance is required.</li>
<li>Education Requirements: AS degree in PWB design or equivalent.</li>

$72,600 - $108,800 per year.
