Our bonded warehouse plays a critical role in ensuring smooth customs-cleared operations and timely availability of imported goods.Job Summary:We are seeking a Warehouse Executive for our bonded warehouse in Aluva. This is a responsible, independent role ideal for a commerce graduate with a diploma or certification in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics management.The selected candidate will be trained to manage warehouse activities &mdash; including stock receipt, documentation, record maintenance, and coordination with customs and internal departments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day bonded warehouse operations under company guidance.</li><li>Receive and verify incoming consignments and documentation</li><li>Maintain accurate stock and registers as per customs requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with CHA, transporters, and internal teams for stock movement and clearance.</li><li>Update and maintain inventory data (manual and computer-based).</li><li>Ensure proper storage, labelling, and safety of goods.</li><li>Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with all safety norms.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education:</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree is mandatory, preferably in Commerce (B. Com)</li><li>Diploma / Certification in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics preferred.</li><li>Experience: Not mandatory (initial training will be provided).</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Basic understanding of inventory management and documentation.</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Location Preference: Candidates from Aluva or nearby areas only.</li><li>Other: Must be responsible, punctual, and willing to take ownership of warehouse operations.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Fixed monthly salary: &#8377;17,000 &ndash; 20,000</li><li>Safe working environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;17,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
