 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Property Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored property solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential property opportunities, conducting market research, negotiating deals, preparing and presenting accurate reports, and ensuring effective communication with clients to meet their property needs.
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to independently manage tasks and prioritize workload effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and property transaction processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional demeanor and excellent problem-solving capabilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in real estate consultancy is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
 </li>
 </ul>
