Procurement Engineer with a Civil Engineering background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of construction materials and services for ongoing projects.⸻Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to determine project material needs</li><li>Source and procure civil materials: concrete, steel reinforcement, aggregates, pipes, formwork systems, etc.</li><li>Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and prepare comparison sheets</li><li>Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules</li><li>Manage supplier relationships and assess supplier performance</li><li>Coordinate with site teams, QA/QC, planning, and project management</li><li>Track deliveries, resolve material shortages, and maintain procurement logs</li><li>Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety requirements</li></ul>⸻Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>2&ndash;5+ years of experience in procurement within construction projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of civil materials and construction processes</li><li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics) and MS Excel</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
