Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Consultant to analyze business needs and deliver effective system solutions. This role bridges business and IT to improve processes, system performance, and overall efficiency.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Gather and analyze business and system requirements</li><li>Design and implement system solutions and enhancements</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams</li><li>Support system integration, testing, and deployment</li><li>Identify process improvements and optimize workflows</li><li>Provide documentation, training, and user support</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, IT, or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in business systems or consulting roles</li><li>Strong knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)</li><li>Experience with system analysis, integration, and testing</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders</li></ul>Pay: RO3,100.000 per monthWork Location: In person
