We&rsquo;re Hiring: Accounts Executive (Vikhroli, Mumbai)Experience: 2&ndash;4 Years Work Mode: 5 Days WFO + 1 Day WFH Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai Designation: Accounts ExecutiveAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Accounts Receivable &amp; Accounts Payable, customer reconciliation, and working knowledge of Tally and Excel. If you are someone who enjoys working with numbers, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with customers&mdash;this role is for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) end-to-end.</li><li>Perform customer and vendor reconciliations accurately and on time.</li><li>Process and understand debit notes, credit notes, and accounting adjustments.</li><li>Record and maintain entries in Tally ERP.</li><li>Communicate with customers for reconciliation and outstanding payments.</li><li>Assist in monthly closing activities and maintain financial accuracy.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of relevant accounting experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of AR, AP, and reconciliation processes.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel.</li><li>Good communication skills to interact with customers.</li><li>Graduate in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Strong learning exposure in end-to-end accounting.</li><li>Supportive team and growth-oriented environment.</li><li>Hybrid work setup: 5 days WFO + 1 day WFH.</li></ul>Interested candidates can send their updated CV to payal.thakwani@360degreescm.com with their current in-hand salary and expected salary.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;32,092.35 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
