Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified Safety Officer to ensure a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and monitoring Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE) policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enforcing safety regulations, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement and monitor company HSE policies and procedures</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits</li><li>Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions</li><li>Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company safety standards</li><li>Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions</li><li>Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports</li><li>Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices on site</li><li>Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with project/site managers to resolve safety issues</li><li>Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Safety, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification (mandatory or preferred)</li><li>Minimum [X] years of experience as a Safety Officer</li><li>Good knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices</li><li>Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office and safety reporting tools</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in [Construction / Industrial / Oil &amp; Gas] environments</li><li>Knowledge of local labor and safety regulations</li><li>Strong leadership and safety awareness mindset</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits</li><li>Professional growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive and safety-focused work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Safety Officer (HSE)

Key Responsibilities Execute anodizing and electroplating processes for aluminum and other metalsPerform surface preparation including cleaning, degreasing, etching, and rinsingControl and monitor bath chemistry, voltage, current, temperature, and process timing Inspect finished components for coating thickness, color uniformity, adhesion, and surface defects Maintain process documentation and quality records Follow chemical handling, safety, and environmental standards Support equipment maintenance and basic troubleshootingRequirements Proven experience in anodizing and/or electroplating operations Knowledge of chemical baths, rectifiers, and surface finishing equipment Ability to interpret technical drawings and process specifications High attention to detail and quality Technical certification or relevant vocational training is an advantageWhat We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Long-term growth opportunity Professional and safety-focused work environment Exposure to precision CNC-machined and industrial componentsJob Type: Full-time
