Company: Thai Jase Reporting To: Marketing Head Location: Surat (On-site)Role OverviewThe Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for branding, marketing, and client communication. The role includes designing social media creatives, brand identity elements, promotional materials, and ensuring consistency across all visual outputs. The designer must have strong creative skills with expertise in industry-standard design softwareKey Results Areas (KRAs)A. Creative Design Development<ul><li>Design social media posts, banners, brochures, and marketing materials.</li><li>Create brand identity elements such as logos, brand kits, &amp; templates.</li><li>Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, and overall brand visuals.</li><li>Deliver high-quality designs within agreed timelines.</li></ul>B. Campaign &amp; Marketing Support<ul><li>Collaborate with marketing team on campaign-based creatives.</li><li>Design visuals for ads, landing pages, and promotional activities.</li><li>Understand project briefs and translate them into effective designs.</li><li>Replicate and adapt creatives for multiple digital platforms.</li></ul>C. File Management &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain organized project files and artwork backups.</li><li>Prepare print-ready files when required.</li><li>Ensure correct use of dimensions, resolutions, and export formats.</li></ul>D. Communication &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Coordinate with video editors, content team, and marketing team.</li><li>Take feedback from internal teams and refine designs accordingly.</li><li>Understand client requirements when dealing with client-based projects.</li></ul>Required SkillsCore Software Skills<ul><li>CorelDRAW</li><li>Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Adobe Illustrator</li></ul>Core Skills<ul><li>Strong understanding of branding and visual identity</li><li>Creative thinking &amp; attention to detail</li><li>Ability to convert ideas into clean visual designs</li><li>Knowledge of layouts, color theory, typography</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Good communication &amp; teamwork</li><li>Ability to take feedback positively</li><li>Time management &amp; multitasking</li><li>Creativity and problem-solving mindset</li></ul>Required Experience<ul><li>1.5 to 2 years of hands-on graphic design experience.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.</li></ul>Salary RangeUp to &#8377;25,000 per month (based on skills &amp; experience)Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
