Job Title: HR AssistantIndustry: HospitalityExperience: Minimum 2 years in HR (Hospitality background is a must)About the Role:We&rsquo;re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily HR operations, support employee relations, handle documentation, and ensure a smooth flow of administrative processes within the HR department.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).</li><li>Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.</li><li>Handle day-to-day HR operations such as attendance tracking, payroll coordination, and documentation.</li><li>Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and notices.</li><li>Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and management team.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry (restaurant, resort, or hotel).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a reputed hospitality group.</li><li>Supportive and vibrant work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
