Job Overview We are seeking an Team Member to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone to work Monday through Friday from 11am - 5pm. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.Responsibilities - Assist in cookie baking preparation and handling- Make espressos and other coffee drinks - Handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards - Provide support in kitchen operations - Utilize Toast POS system for order processing - Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional serviceSkills - Experience in cash handling within a retail or food industry setting - Knowledge of food handling and safety practices - Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques - Proficiency in using the Toast POS system is a plus - Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentJob Type: Part-timePay: $13.73 - $14.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Basic math: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Baking: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Barista: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>ServSafe Certification (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Plymouth, MI 48170 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
